HEALTHY VEGAN DOUGHNUTS

SOFT, SWEET, CHOCOLATY, QUICK AND HEALTHY. Nothing more to say these Vegan Doughnuts are perfection!
With a chocolate glaze and topped with raisins and cranberries they achieve the ultimate taste.
150 g flour (I used spelt flour)
50 g sugar (I used erythritol)
1,5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
150 ml plant based milk (Could be up to 50 ml more or less, depending on your flour.)
100 g applesauce or mashed banana
handful of raisins and cranberries or any dried fruit
For the glaze:
50 g chocolate
50 ml plant based milk
more raisins and cranberries
Preheat oven to 180 Degree Celsius. Mix all ingredients and pour the batter into a donut shaped baking tin. Bake for 30 minutes.
Put them out of the baking tin and let cool for 10-15 minutes.
In a small pan melt chocolate and milk.
Dip each doughnut into the chocolate and top with dried fruits.
