SOFT, SWEET, CHOCOLATY, QUICK AND HEALTHY. Nothing more to say these Vegan Doughnuts are perfection!

With a chocolate glaze and topped with raisins and cranberries they achieve the ultimate taste.


  • 150 g flour (I used spelt flour)

  • 50 g sugar (I used erythritol)

  • 1,5 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 150 ml plant based milk (Could be up to 50 ml more or less, depending on your flour.)

  • 100 g applesauce or mashed banana

  • handful of raisins and cranberries or any dried fruit

For the glaze:

  • 50 g chocolate

  • 50 ml plant based milk

  • more raisins and cranberries


  1. Preheat oven to 180 Degree Celsius. Mix all ingredients and pour the batter into a donut shaped baking tin. Bake for 30 minutes.

  2. Put them out of the baking tin and let cool for 10-15 minutes.

  3. In a small pan melt chocolate and milk.

  4. Dip each doughnut into the chocolate and top with dried fruits.
