LEMON MATCHA BAKED OATS

Absolutely refreshing LEMON BAKED OATS WITH A MATCHA AND ALMOND LAVA.

This baked oatmeal is the absolute best choice when you feeling kind of lazy and hungry and need some refreshing breakfast that gives you enough energy for the day.





















Ingredients:

For the lava:

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 Tbsp coconut blossom sugar

  • 1 Tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tsp matcha powder

Baked oats:

  • 1/2 mashed banana

  • 35 grams oatmeal or ground oats

  • 15 grams almond meal

  • 0,5 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 1 Tbsp agave syrup

  • 5 Tbsp dairy free milk

Instructions:

  1. Mix lemon, coconut sugar, almond butter and matcha. Fill the mixture into an ice cube tray or line a tiny container with plastic wrap and fill in the lemon almond mixture. Freeze for 60 minutes or until hardened.

  2. Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius.

  3. Mix all the ingredients for the baked oats. Fill half of the batter into in an ovenproof bowl. Put lemon and almond mixture out of the freezer an place it onto the oats mixture.

  4. Add the remaining oats and bake for 30 minutes.

  5. Top with fruits, coconut flakes or anything you'd like.
