YOGURT LAVA FRUITY BAKED OATS WITH PASSION FRUIT
I don‘t know why, but when I was younger I actually never ate yogurt. But somehow I got super addicted to it lateland I couldn‘t be happier about this because it is simply delish!!!
One day, I couldn‘t decide if I‘d rather have baked oats or a yogurt bowl for breakfast so I thought heyyy why don‘t you make 2 in 1??!! So I did this and it was amazing!
It was like a cake but also like a yogurt bowl! Exactly what I needed that morning!
Time: 10 minutes preparation time + 20 minutes baking time
For baked oats:
4 Tbsp ground oats
1/2 mashed banana
cinnamon and a pinch of baking powder
5 Tbsp plant based milk
cinnamon to taste
For the lava:
2 Tbsp soy yogurt or yogurt of choice
optional: 1 passion fruit
vanilla to taste
Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients for your baked oats and in another bowl mix the ingredients for the yogurt lava.
Put 1/2 of the baked oats mixture in an ovenproof jar, add all the yogurt mixture and top with the remaining oats mixture.
Top with sliced banana, cranberries and chocolate - or anything you prefer.
Bake for 20 minutes, add some nut butter if you want to and enjoy!
